چکیده
Sagittal split ramus osteotomisi, mandibular travma, benign ve malign lezyonların çıkartılmaları, preprotetik cerrahi, nervus alveolaris inferior’un lokal anestezisinde sinir hasarı olası diğer komplikasyonları önlemek için mandibulanın anatomisi, foramen’in lokalizasyonu anatomik varyasyonlarının bilinmesi oldukça önemlidir. Bu derlemenin amacı embriyolojisi foramenin lokalizasyonun klinik önemini ortaya koyabilmektir.
